I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor that specializes in working with adolescent girls and women who have been impacted by trauma and loss. Using a holistic, strengths-based approach, I partner with clients to help them release shame and guilt to reclaim self-love, self-esteem, and worthiness.

My clients have been able to create profound changes, find happiness, and move into self-acceptance by gaining control over thoughts and actions that have kept them feeling stuck. The attitude and positive mindset that these women have is contagious and leaps off the pages. Even in the midst of their health challenges, they have proven to be an inspiration to all those with whom they came in contact, and they haven’t stopped encouraging and motivating others!
